BP Challenge - Pasta Tower

I worked with Imogen and Harley. We came second in the competition! I liked how we got to eat the marshmallows at the end of the challenge and we made a big roof. I made a small little house with one marshmallow and little bits of spaghetti. Mrs Nichol liked my house that I made. She said, "Can you please help the rest of your team", and I did.

Task

This is a classic challenge that gets you thinking about shapes and structures. It is easy to organise and really fun.
In a team, make the tallest tower you can using only the materials listed below, in 30 minutes.

Materials
1 packet of regular uncooked spaghetti
20 small marshmallows

Judging
The team whose tower lasts through the entire judging period and is the tallest (measured from the ground to the highest point of the tower) is the winner.

The Bathers at Asnieres

I can see a boy with no hat on his head and I can see a dog behind a man. Lying on the river bank i can see three sail boats the trees are came a house is in the trees two boys are in the water. Two people are getting married. I can see a factory in the back ground one boy is not wearing a hat and the people who are getting married are going to are I think they have $100000000000000000000000000000000000000 and they are rich.

Term, 1 2011 Goals

I want to play with somebody new and become friends. I can do this by not being mean to other people.

I want to get an electric pencil sharpener from Smiggle, I can earn this by staying in class and starting my work straight away for the rest of the term.
